  • What is your return policy?

    A.H.I will accept all returns within a 30 day timeframe. All returns must be accompanied by an RGA number provided to you by our Client Services team. All returns must be in original packaging and in new condition. New condition would be considered as the item not being used or installed at the time of return. Once the item is received back and inspected by our returns team, the RGA will either be approved or denied. Approval will result in a refund within 2-3 days from the time of approval. If the return is denied, you have 48 hours to coordinate pickup of the unit should you need to.

  • Why are your prices cheaper than other retailers?

    A.H.I. is very selective of its partners, we work tirelessly to provide the best pricing among our competitors as we look for long time relationships with our clients rather than a quick sale. 

  • How much is delivery?

    Delivery fee's are decided by sizing and weight of orders. All fee's will be provided for review the day your order is set to ship.
